About me
Always in pursuit of the extraordinary.
I'm obsessed with reshaping the plain into the elegant and pushing the average outside its boundaries into the exceptional.
Approach
The power of agile UX
Fundamentally, I follow these core principles of agile UX: Design in small increments, team collaboration, just-in-time design, continuous user feedback, and quick iteration. Below is a typical workflow of the teams I'm in.
01 Discover Needs - Understand users, problems and goals
02 Sprint Planning - Align UX tasks with upcoming development work.
03 Design Experience - Create wireframes or prototypes for upcoming stories.
04 Test & Validate - Conduct quick usability tests or gather analytics.
05 Iterate - Refine the design in future sprints.
Something to note: a critical part of team collaboration is having a balanced "triangle team" where product, engineering and design each have an equal voice at the table. Without this, bloat and scope creep can become very real.
